The ROTORK Remote Control pneumatic actuator adopts a modern yoke-type mechanical structure, providing high breakaway and end-of-travel torque in an extremely compact design. It is available in double-acting or spring-return versions, both of which can be equipped with an integrated manual override.
The spring-return actuator features an epoxy-coated spring housed within an anodized enclosure. Guided by three high-performance material bearings on the piston, it ensures precise coaxial alignment, long sealing cycles, and smooth, stable operation.
Compared to other actuators with the same torque output, the RC200 actuator is lighter and more compact. This results in a tight, lightweight, yet robust and stable valve/actuator combination, especially when a manual override is required. Additionally, the RC200 series consumes less air compared to rack-and-pinion actuators, significantly reducing compressed air usage.
